This hotel offers fantastic location so close to restaurants and bars, major attractions and other sites and areas of interest. The rooms here are modern and nicely decorated on top of the restaurant extractor fan.

The a double room is airy with the laundry as well as the restaurant extractor fan. The location is favourable and magnificent, it's really close to pretty much everything, mall, club, restaurants and entertainment venues and 2 supermarkets. There's The Empire Steak located so close to the hotel, recommend to try food there.

The hotel was clean and had really kind and great staff from the cleaner to the manager. Tidy and fairly quiet unit on top of the restaurant extractor fan, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of this beautiful and nice property was awesome, close to everything.

It was neat and the staff were helpful and excellent, beds were big. The breakfast was marvellous with a lot of food. Large and beautiful room, besides I had a perfect view.

The stay here was real good with the service and our stay there. We appreciated the room with single beds, the bed was big. The hotel's location was amazing in the center of town.

Beautiful hotel, new-fashioned rooms, very quite area. Marvellous location to A 2000 - sq - Metre Garden. Great restaurant for amazing meal. What a very relaxing stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was a nice size and great value and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was situated in the central location close to the fast food shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and definitely coming here again.

I chose to stay at the Florida Park Hotel, Florida Road specifically because of its convenient location near the Moses Mabhida Stadium. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's amenities, such as the onsite art gallery and the dry cleaning/laundry services. Additionally, I loved the fact that I could enjoy a delicious à la carte breakfast at the Chill Cocktail Lounge and restaurant while having the opportunity to view hundreds of fish species.

Parking was a problem at Florida Park Hotel, Florida Road as there were broken down vehicles taking up space. Satellite TV was not available, and the only channels offered were SABC and ETV.

Florida Park Hotel offered us value for money and it exceeded our expectations. I will recommend it to to any one.

Had a great time during thanksgiving at this hotel! Loved the friendly staff who made sure everything was just perfect. The air conditioning in the room worked really well and the room was super clean. the location was great, just a short walk away from some really amazing restaurants. Plus, the internet speed was really good which was great for keeping in touch with family back home.

The lack of electricity backup which is something that really should be a given in the hospitality industry. During my stay, there was a power cut that lasted a day and a half, which was really inconvenient.
